Current Projects:
- Low Space Consumption Multiple Sequence Alignment using Structural Queues - I developed an algorithm to align multiple sequences using structural queues in linear order memory consumption. I started this project during the summer of 2008.
- FINDER - working in conjunction with the Engineering Technology Department we work to get law enforcement agencies in the state of florida to share arrest and incident data. I have been working on this project since fall of 2007.
Past Projects:
- HyperCar-City - Built on the NeuroEvolution of Augmenting Topologies (NEAT) framework. It outputs neural networks that can drive a car though a simulated city setting. originally developed for a course on Neuroevolution during the Fall semester of 2007.
- Golf & Billiard Game Simulations - A text based program that took in information about simulated players and a fictional golf course and played out one possible scenario of the outcome. Was developed using the pair programming model, and specific development model. The whole process was directed and planed using the IEEE Standard 830 on Software Requirements Specification and the Object Oriented Development Model. Developed for courses in Software Engineering in the Fall of 2006 and Spring of 2007
- Red Cross of Central Florida Store Portal - Developed in PHP and JavaScript. Condensed an exiting store to one page using AJAX enabled JavaScript. This Included equipment rentals, class scheduling, donations and store items. Used Verisign for credit card payment and other small features.
